The Space
Eikenhof Estate is strategically positioned as a retreat, conveniently situated amidst Stellenbosch, Brackenfell, and Kuilsriver. Accessible via Fischer Road, a charming 3km drive from Bottelary Road, the estate provides a tranquil and secluded environment away from the hustle and bustle, creating a serene sanctuary that exudes an air of exclusivity.
Offering a diverse array of amenities suitable for a variety of occasions, Eikenhof Estate features a Conference Centre, Boardroom, Wedding Venue, Informal Venue for special occasions, Four-Bedroom Guest Villa, and a 5-Bedroom Guest Villa. With expansive outdoor spaces, the estate serves as an excellent setting for Team Building Events, Outdoor Events, or simply enjoying the stunning vistas of the Bottelary Hills and vineyards while immersing oneself in the invigorating natural surroundings.
Our estate comprises 5 newly established venues, ranging in capacity from 8 individuals in the smallest space to 120 individuals in the largest. The team possesses a wealth of expertise in curating bespoke events that not only fulfill the specific needs of our clients but also surpass their expectations.
Cap Classique
Eikenhof Estate boasts a modern, elegant function & wedding venue, aptly named Cap Classique, and can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people in a banqueting set up. The design of the walkway leading from the parking area to the venue is a striking match of wooden Pergola and natural stone barrier walls, creating the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony under a canopy or an ideal spot for pre-drinks and canapés.
The large indoor fireplace, magnificent chandeliers and beautiful sunken bulk heads which features its own mood lighting creates an ambience second to none. In addition, there is a covered veranda leading off the main venue with its own fireplace where guests can mingle. In order to cement all the elements together, the lawn area which is strategically situated between the walkway, veranda and main venue, is ideally situated to accommodate a marquee or stretch tent which adds another dimension of intrigue and ambience if so required.
The Chateau
The Château is a luxurious guest house which is tastefully decorated in a delightful combination of earthy tones and luxurious textures, botanical prints and a calming colour palette reflecting the estate’s beautiful setting. The Château has four bedrooms all with their own private en-suite bathrooms. Guests can meet up in the breath taking Lounge which is enhanced by an indoor fireplace. The Château boasts an immaculate open plan kitchen which leads onto an inviting dining room and an outdoor patio area where a multitude of memories will most certainly be made. The guest house can be booked as a self-catering unit or a private chef can be arranged to cater for all your culinary delights.
